Mobilit\u00e0 Erasmus+ Bucarest 2026… io c’ero!<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Thanks to the Erasmus+ Mobility programme, from 1 to 7 March, I and some other students from our school spent a week in Bucharest, immersing ourselves in the daily life of the city.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On Sunday 1 March, after a bit of a wait at the airport and the flight, we finally arrived in Bucharest at around 8.00 am and headed to the hotel to settle into our rooms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The following day was our first day at school at the \u2018Liceul Teoretic Bilingv ITA Wegman\u2019, where we presented our school in English and got to know the environment, the students, and the teachers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Personally, I really appreciated the friendly, welcoming attitude of the Romanian students towards us, their interest in getting to know us and our country, and, in general, how kind and understanding the people there are.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

One aspect that the students explained to us, and which I found important, is the Romanian school\u2019s focus on building strong relationships between students and teachers, centred on mutual understanding and support, to optimise the results of the work carried out. In general, all methodological choices aim to promote open-mindedness among students and to develop autonomy and responsibility, in line with Waldorf pedagogy: Schools inspired by this model promote the holistic development of the student, working simultaneously on the mind, the heart, and the hands. In fact, we guests also took part in various educational and creative activities, such as traditional Romanian dances, drawing workshops, and making a cardboard recycling bin, having fun and making friends with our classmates from the host school even after school.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In my view, the Italian education system should take inspiration from this approach, focusing primarily on the physical and mental well-being of everyone and offering students greater freedom and choice to pursue their passions and interests.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We also explored the city, venturing into the historic centre, visiting significant sites such as the Parliament or \u2018Dracula\u2019s Castle\u2019 in Transylvania, and tasting typical Romanian meat dishes and traditional soups.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The week flew by, and Friday 6 March was our last day with the students from our host school in Bucharest; we therefore said a sad farewell to the city and the people we met, returning to Palermo on 7 March.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I hope that one day we will have the chance to meet the people in Palermo again, and to show them our city just as they did for us.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I think it was a positive experience, both for the students at the host school with whom we made friends, and for the visits to the local monuments (and restaurants), but also as an opportunity to improve our English.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ultimately, I think it\u2019s something worth investing in and cherishing, to broaden our horizons with new perspectives and connect with people and other cultures, always with fun, curiosity, and respect.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Grazie alla Mobilit\u00e0 Erasmus+ , dall’1 al 7 marzo io e altri ragazzi del nostro Istituto abbiamo trascorso una settimana nella citt\u00e0 di Bucarest, immergendoci nella quotidianit\u00e0 del luogo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Domenica 1 marzo, dopo un po’ di attesa in aeroporto e il volo, intorno alle 8.00 siamo finalmente arrivati a Bucarest e ci  siamo diretti verso l\u2019hotel per la sistemazione nelle camere.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Il giorno seguente \u00e8 stato il nostro primo giorno di scuola presso il Liceul Teoretic Bilingv \u201cITA Wegman\u201d, dove abbiamo presentato il nostro Istituto in inglese, familiarizzato con l\u2019ambiente, gli studenti e gli insegnanti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Personalmente, ho apprezzato molto il comportamento amichevole e accogliente dei ragazzi rumeni nei nostri confronti, il modo in cui hanno dimostrato interesse nel conoscere noi e il nostro paese, e in generale come la gente del posto sia gentile e comprensiva.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Un aspetto che i ragazzi ci hanno spiegato e che ritengo importante \u00e8 l\u2019attenzione della scuola rumena nel costruire relazioni solide tra gli studenti e gli insegnanti, improntate alla comprensione e al supporto reciproci, per ottimizzare i risultati del lavoro svolto. In generale,  tutte le scelte metodologiche puntano all\u2019apertura mentale degli studenti e allo sviluppo dell\u2019autonomia e della responsabilit\u00e0, secondo la cosiddetta pedagogia Waldorf<\/em>: le scuole che si ispirano a questo modello si propongono lo sviluppo integrale dello studente, lavorando contemporaneamente su mente, cuore e mani e privilegiando l’arte, la creativit\u00e0 e il movimento. Infatti, anche noi ospiti abbiamo partecipato a varie attivit\u00e0 didattiche e creative, come i balli tradizionali rumeni, laboratori di disegno o la realizzazione di un bidone di cartone per il riciclo, divertendoci e facendo amicizia con i ragazzi anche dopo scuola.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

 A mio avviso il sistema scolastico italiano dovrebbe prendere spunto da questa impostazione, concentrandosi principalmente  sul benessere psicofisico di tutti, lasciando maggiore libert\u00e0 e scelta agli studenti per coltivare le proprie passioni e interessi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Abbiamo anche esplorato la citt\u00e0, inoltrandoci all\u2019interno del centro storico, visitando luoghi significativi come il Parlamento o il \u201cCastello di Dracula\u201d in Transilvania, e degustando i piatti tipici rumeni a base di carne e le tradizionali zuppe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La settimana \u00e8 trascorsa rapidamente e venerd\u00ec 6 marzo \u00e8 stato l\u2019ultimo giorno con i ragazzi della scuola ospitante a Bucarest; abbiamo quindi salutato, tristemente, la citt\u00e0 e le persone conosciute, rientrando a Palermo il 7 marzo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Spero che un giorno ci sar\u00e0 l\u2019occasione di rivedere a Palermo le persone che abbiamo conosciuto, anche per mostrare la nostra citt\u00e0 come loro hanno fatto con noi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Penso che questa esperienza sia stata positiva, per i ragazzi dell\u2019Istituto ospitante con cui abbiamo stretto amicizia, per le visite ai monumenti (e ai ristoranti!) del posto, ma anche come opportunit\u00e0 per  consolidare il nostro inglese.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In conclusione, ritengo che sia qualcosa di cui approfittare e fare tesoro per ampliare i propri orizzonti con nuove prospettive, ed entrare pi\u00f9 in contatto con le persone e le altre culture, sempre con divertimento, curiosit\u00e0 e rispetto.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
