Our Erasmus journey comes to an end with a truly special day in Bruges 
During this day in Bruges, we explored the heart of the city, walking through the historic streets, discovering medieval charming corners and crossing its main squares. But the most magical moment was being surrounded by the Christmas atmosphere that fills every part of the city.
The most emotional visit was to the Basilica of the Holy Blood, where we saw the relic kept in a crystal vial which, according to tradition, holds a drop of Jesus’ blood.
A meaningful and memorable way to wrap up an experience we’ll never forget!
This Erasmus in Brussels was much more than a trip: it gave us the chance to discover the city and its history, immerse ourselves in European culture, and understand up close how the European Union works. We visited the Council of the EU,the European Commission and the Parliament, attended conferences and interactive experiences that opened our eyes to a bigger world. We walked through historic squares, admired monuments and museums , and we were immersed in the unique city’s atmosphere . This journey wasn’t just about cultural growth, but also personal connections: we were fortunate to bond with the Swedish students who joined us. Sharing experiences, perspectives, and fun moments with them allowed us to discover different cultures, made new friends and saw Brussels from a different point of view. A truly unique experience that enriched us, helped us grow as a person, and this journey will always be in our hearts!”
